1. Signing the articles

By creating an account on SurfGalleon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater.

2. One hand, one account

One account per person and per household. Creating additional accounts — especially to refer yourself or inflate commissions — will result in every connected account being closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Honest surfing

You agree to surf as a human being. You will not use bots, macros, auto-surf software, scripts, emulators, click farms, or any other means of earning credits without actually viewing pages. You will not run multiple sessions of your own account at once.

We monitor timing, accuracy and session behaviour. Accounts found automating are suspended immediately and their balances forfeited without refund.

4. What you may advertise

You are responsible for every site, banner and text ad you submit, and you warrant that you have the right to promote it.

Not permitted: adult or sexually explicit material; hate speech or content attacking any group; anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours; malware, viruses, or drive-by downloads; frame-breaking scripts; pop-ups, pop-unders or forced redirects; auto-playing audio; pages that request passwords or payment details under false pretences; get-rich-quick schemes, HYIPs, and Ponzi or matrix schemes; pages that crash or hang the browser.

We may remove any site or ad at our discretion, with or without notice. Credits assigned to a removed site are not refunded if it was removed for breaking these rules.

5. Credits, impressions and payments

Credits and impressions are advertising within SurfGalleon. They are not currency, they carry no cash value, and they cannot be redeemed for money. They may not be sold or transferred outside the features we provide.

Purchases are for advertising services delivered immediately. Because delivery is instant and cannot be undone, purchases are generally non-refundable — but if something goes wrong on our side, or a service is not delivered as described, contact the Harbor Master and we will put it right.

6. Your crew and commissions

Commission is earned on genuine purchases by members you referred. Commission arising from self-referral, fake accounts, or any other manipulation will be reversed and the accounts closed. We may withhold payment pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

7. Email

By joining you agree to receive email from us relating to your account and the service, including occasional promotional messages. Every promotional email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your ability to use the site. You may not use SurfGalleon to send unsolicited email, and you may not promote SurfGalleon by spamming — doing so will close your account.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, and we may close any account for any reason with notice. On closure, unspent credits, impressions and commissions are forfeited.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting us. Spend your balances first — they do not survive closure.

9. Service availability

We work to keep SurfGalleon running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting faults, attacks and events beyond our control can all interrupt it. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

10. No guarantee of results

We deliver page views from real members. We do not and cannot promise sales, signups, leads or income from those views — that depends on your offer, your page and your market. Any figures shown anywhere on this site are illustrative, not promises.

11. Other members' sites

Sites shown while surfing belong to other members, not to us. We screen what we can, but we do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content or for any dealings you have with them. Report anything that breaks these rules and we will act.

12. Your privacy

We collect only what running the service requires: your account details, your IP address, and your activity on the site. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only where the law requires it. You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting the Harbor Master.

13. Liability

SurfGalleon is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use SurfGalleon after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms go to the Harbor Master through the support page. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SurfGalleon is operated.
